Why we built Cloverleaf
We spent years building custom web platforms for public agencies. Every project had the same pattern: a great launch, followed by a slow decline as the agency struggled to maintain the platform on its own.
The problem wasn't the technology. It was the model. Public agencies shouldn't need an IT department to keep their website or their grant programs running. They need products that handle infrastructure, security and improvements for them, so staff can focus on the public.
That's why we built Cloverleaf: products for public agencies that we host, secure and improve continuously, so you never rebuild from scratch.

Your content and data are always yours and always portable. If you ever leave Cloverleaf, you take everything you created with you. We earn your renewal, not trap you into it.
Honest pricing
No surprise renewal hikes. No bait-and-switch. Increases are capped in writing, so you know next year's number before you take it to council.
Built for local government
Local government is where residents meet their government most often: the meeting notice, the service page, the grant application. The staff behind it are stretched thin, and they deserve software sized to their work.
Support that knows your setup
Every subscription includes access to specialists who know your configuration. When you reach out, you talk to someone who already has context.

- Annual price increases are capped at CPI or 5%, whichever is lower.
- Full content export in JSON and Markdown, database export in SQL, and deployment documentation, at no charge.
