A cycle in detail, lodging tax
Washington cities and counties of 5,000 or more that collect lodging tax need a committee of at least five members (RCW 67.28.1817). Tourism organizations, event producers and museums apply, staff chase the letters and build the packet, and a ranked recommendation goes to council.

What we don't do
Cloverleaf Applications runs the programs your agency administers. It isn't a procurement suite for bid evaluation, and it doesn't find or apply for grants on your behalf. Those are separate products, and good ones exist.
